Ersättningsbelopp som har betalats med anledning av tillstånd enligt 11 kap. får inte till någon del återkrävas. Beloppet får dock återkrävas om det tillstånd som har föranlett beslutet om ersättning upphävs på talan av den ersättningsberättigade.
