För olovlig kemikaliehantering döms till böter den som med uppsåt eller av oaktsamhet tar befattning med en kemisk produkt, bioteknisk organism eller vara som innehåller eller har behandlats med en kemisk produkt i strid med ett förbud enligt en föreskrift som en myndighet har meddelat med stöd av regeringens bemyndigande enligt 14 kap.
Ansvar skall inte dömas ut enligt denna paragraf, om ansvar för gärningen kan dömas ut enligt 1 eller 3 §. Lag (2025:1315).
