Statute text (verbatim, original language)
Den som har anordnat en transport av avfall och som innan transporten påbörjats frivilligt har vidtagit en åtgärd som lett till att transporten inte genomförts i strid med förordning (EG) nr 1013/2006 eller förordning (EG) nr 1418/2007 döms inte till ansvar enligt 4 a § första stycket 3 eller 4. Lag (2019:496).
