I samband med en prövning enligt 17 § ska verksamhetsutövaren och den som vill lagra koldioxid i verksamhetsutövarens lagringsplats på prövningsmyndighetens begäran tillhandahålla de tekniska och ekonomiska uppgifter som behövs för prövningen. Lag (2012:430).
