När delegerade uppgifter, som ingår i sådan kontroll eller annan offentlig verksamhet som avses i 30 §, utförs av ett organ eller en fysisk person med stöd av artikel 28 eller 31 i förordning (EU) 2017/625 gäller det som anges i 5 § förvaltningslagen (2017:900). Lag (2020:627).
