En myndighet som är behörig myndighet enligt förordning (EU) 2017/625 och som utför sådan kontroll eller annan offentlig verksamhet som avses i 30 § ska ha ett ändamålsenligt rapporteringssystem för att hantera anmälningar om misstänkta överträdelser av förordningen. Lag (2020:627).
