Överlåts en fastighet eller en tomträtt eller en byggnad, anläggning eller anordning på annans mark sedan ett beslut som avses i 15 § har överklagats, skall rättegångsbalkens bestämmelser om verkan av att tvisteföremålet överlåts och om tredje mans deltagande i rättegång tillämpas.
