Om det finns anledning att anta att den som omfattas av tillsynen eller, i förekommande fall dennes ställföreträdare, har begått brott, får denne inte föreläggas vid vite att medverka i en utredning av en fråga som har samband med det misstänkta brottet. Lag (2020:1174).
