Ägare av fastigheter som berörs av en ansökan i ett mål om vattenverksamhet skall till mark- och miljödomstolen uppge innehavare av servitut, nyttjanderätt eller rätt till elektrisk kraft som har upplåtits i fastigheten. Underlåts detta utan giltigt skäl och uppstår på grund av detta skada för sådana sakägare, skall fastighetsägaren ersätta skadan. Lag (2010:923).
