22 kap. 2 a §

Den som har tillstånd, dispens eller godkännande är vid prövning av frågor som avses i 24 kap. 3, 5, 8, 9, 13 och 13 a §§ skyldig att tillhandahålla den utredning om verksamheten och övriga förhållanden som behövs för prövningen. Mark- och miljödomstolen får förelägga denne att tillhandahålla den utredning som behövs. Föreläggandet får förenas med vite. Lag (2023:632).
