Om mark- och miljödomstolen finner att ett mål kan utredas utan förberedelse, får domstolen i kungörelse omedelbart kalla till huvudförhandling i målet. Då gäller 3-9 och 12-16 a §§. Huvudförhandlingen får hållas tidigast tre veckor efter det att kungörandet skedde. Lag (2024:963).
