Mark- och miljödomstolen bestämmer vad en muntlig förberedelse ska avse och vilka som ska kallas till förberedelsen. Kallelsen ska delges eller kungöras i ortstidning.
De som närvarar vid förberedelsen får åberopa handlingar som de har lämnat in. En redogörelse bör lämnas för handlingarnas innehåll.
Vid den muntliga förberedelsen får tredskodom inte meddelas. Lag (2024:963).
