Om regeringen finner att en verksamhet får komma till stånd enligt detta kapitel, får regeringen besluta om särskilda villkor för att tillgodose allmänna intressen.
Om verksamheten avser geologisk lagring av koldioxid, får regeringen även besluta om villkor som behövs med hänsyn till synpunkter som Europeiska kommissionen har lämnat i samband med tillåtlighetsprövningen. Lag (2012:430).
