En ansökan om tillstånd enligt 9 kap. för en kärnteknisk anläggning som omfattas av ett pågående ärende om godkännande enligt lagen (2026:585) om regeringens godkännande av kärntekniska anläggningar får tas upp till prövning och handläggas fram till den tidpunkt då domstolen enligt 21 kap. 7 § ska avge ett yttrande inför regeringens prövning av tillåtligheten enligt 17 kap. 1 §. Lag (2026:586).
