Regeringen eller den myndighet som regeringen bestämmer får meddela föreskrifter om
1. skyldighet för en producent att utse någon som ska fullgöra skyldigheter som producenten har i ett annat medlemsland i Europeiska unionen, och
2. att det som gäller för en producent enligt föreskrifter som har meddelats med stöd av 32, 33 eller 34 § också ska gälla den som på en producents uppdrag fullgör producentens skyldigheter. Lag (2026:507).
