Den som har fått en dispens enligt 20 eller 21 § är ansvarig för all hantering av det avfall som dispensen avser.
Dispensen får förenas med villkor och ska begränsas i tiden.
Länsstyrelsen ska informera Naturvårdsverket och berörda kommuner om dispenser enligt 21 §. Lag (2026:507).
