I detta kapitel avses med
vattentäkt: bortledande av ytvatten eller grundvatten för vattenförsörjning, värmeutvinning eller bevattning,
vattenreglering: ändring av vattenföringen i ett vattendrag till förmån för annan vattenverksamhet, och
vattenöverledning: vattenreglering genom överföring av ytvatten från ett vattenområde till ett annat. Lag (2014:114).
