Statute text (verbatim, original language)
Tillstånd enligt detta kapitel behövs inte för
1. vattentäkt för en en- eller tvåfamiljsfastighets eller jordbruksfastighets husbehovsförbrukning eller värmeförsörjning,
2. utförande av anläggningar för vattenbruk, eller
3. utförande av anläggningar för utvinning av värme, om åtgärden inte avser vattentäkt. Lag (2025:765).
