Staten är ensam ansvarig för det avhjälpande som ska ske enligt bestämmelserna i detta kapitel i fråga om sådana slutligt förslutna geologiska slutförvar som avses i 6 e § lagen (1984:3) om kärnteknisk verksamhet. Lag (2026:586).
