Länsstyrelsen skall ändra eller meddela nya villkor eller upphäva beslutet om miljöriskområde när föroreningarna är avhjälpta eller har minskat så att beslutade inskränkningar i markanvändningen eller andra försiktighetsmått inte längre är nödvändiga. Lag (2007:660).
