Vid uttag av tjänster utgörs beskattningsunderlaget av kostnaden vid tidpunkten för uttaget för att utföra eller på annat sätt tillhandahålla tjänsterna, om inte annat följer av 7, 8 eller 9 §. Med kostnad för att utföra eller på annat sätt tillhandahålla tjänsterna avses den del av de fasta och löpande kostnaderna i rörelsen som hör till tjänsterna.
