I de fall som avses i 16 kap. 21 eller 22 § ska varans värde för tulländamål i 24 § utgöras av det värde som fastställts av det andra EU-landets tullmyndighet enligt unionstullkodexen. Tull och avgifter i 25 § ska i dessa fall utgöras av tull och avgifter som tas ut av det andra EU- landets tullmyndighet eller av Tullverket.
