En leverantör eller en tillhandahållare och en förvärvare ska anses förbundna med varandra enligt 17 och 18 §§, om det finns familjeband eller andra nära personliga band, organisatoriska band, äganderättsliga band, finansiella band, band på grund av medlemskap, band på grund av anställning eller andra juridiska band.
Som band på grund av anställning ska även anses band mellan arbetsgivare och en arbetstagares familj eller andra personer som står arbetstagaren nära.
