I beskattningsunderlaget ska det ingå skatter och avgifter utom skatt enligt denna lag. I beskattningsunderlaget ska det även ingå bikostnader som provisions-, emballage-, transport- och försäkringskostnader som leverantören eller tillhandahållaren tar ut av förvärvaren.
