Vid sådan leverans eller överföring av varor till ett annat EU-land som är undantagen från skatteplikt enligt 10 kap. 42 eller 46 § och som pågår kontinuerligt under mer än en kalendermånad, anses leveransen eller överföringen ske vid utgången av varje kalendermånad till dess den upphör.
