Om den som har redovisat utgående skatt försätts i konkurs innan en nedsättning av priset gjorts, en vara återtagits eller en kundförlust uppkommit, ska en sådan minskning av skatten som avses i 43 § göras för den redovisningsperiod då konkursbeslutet meddelats.
