Ingående skatt som hänför sig till import av varor ska dras av för den redovisningsperiod då utgående skatt för den import som avdraget avser ska redovisas.
Om den utgående skatten inte ska redovisas till Skatteverket, ska den ingående skatten dras av för den redovisningsperiod då Tullverket har ställt ut tullräkning eller tullkvitto för importen.
