Ingående skatt för förvärv av en enfunktionsvoucher ska redovisas för den redovisningsperiod då vouchern har tagits emot eller betalning dessförinnan har gjorts.
Första stycket gäller inte om den som ska redovisa skatten redovisar utgående skatt enligt 16 §.
