Om inget annat följer av 32-41 §§ eller av 20 kap. 18 §, ska ingående skatt dras av för den redovisningsperiod då
1. den som förvärvar en vara eller en tjänst enligt god redovisningssed har bokfört eller borde ha bokfört förvärvet, eller
2. den som förvärvar en vara eller en tjänst har lämnat förskotts- eller a conto-betalning.
