Utgående skatt som hänför sig till import av varor ska redovisas för den redovisningsperiod då Tullverket har ställt ut en tullräkning eller ett tullkvitto för importen.
I de fall som avses i 16 kap. 21 eller 22 § ska utgående skatt dock redovisas för den redovisningsperiod då den beskattningsgrundande händelsen för importen har inträffat.
