Mervärdesskattelag (2023:200) (SFS 2023:200)

Import av en vara anses äga rum i Sverige även om varan förs in till ett annat EU-land, om
1. varan omfattas av ett förfarande eller en situation enligt det landets tillämpning av artikel 61 i mervärdesskattedirektivet, och
2. varan finns här i landet när den upphör att omfattas av ett sådant förfarande eller sådan situation.
