Bestämmelserna i 46 och 47 §§ gäller evenemang och aktiviteter som är
1. kulturella,
2. konstnärliga,
3. idrottsliga,
4. vetenskapliga,
5. pedagogiska,
6. av underhållningskaraktär, eller
7. liknande dem som anges i 1-6, såsom mässor och utställningar.
