En tjänst med anknytning till transport såsom lastning, lossning, godshantering och liknande tjänster är tillhandahållen inom landet, om tjänsten
1. tillhandahålls någon som inte är en beskattningsbar person, och
2. fysiskt utförs i Sverige.
