Om en beskattningsbar person genom användning av ett elektroniskt gränssnitt möjliggör leverans av varor inom EU från en beskattningsbar person som inte är etablerad i EU till någon som inte är en beskattningsbar person, ska den som möjliggör leveransen anses själv ha förvärvat och levererat dessa varor.
