I detta kapitel finns bestämmelser om
- leverans av varor (3-21 §§),
- unionsinternt förvärv av varor (22-25 §§),
- tillhandahållande av tjänster (26-36 §§),
- import av varor (37 §),
- överlåtelse av verksamhet (38 §),
- försäljning av varor och tjänster för en producents räkning (39 §), och
- voucher (40-44 §§).
