Mervärdesskattelag (2023:200) (SFS 2023:200)

Skatteverket ska på begäran av en sådan förvärvare som anges i 6 § besluta att dennes unionsinterna förvärv av varor ska vara föremål för mervärdesskatt, även om tröskelvärdet i 7 § inte överstigs. Beslutet ska gälla från datum för beslutet och under två påföljande kalenderår.
Förvärv av begagnade varor, konstverk, samlarföremål m.m.
