Beslut om identifiering eller återkallelse enligt 18 kap. 27, 29, 32 eller 33 § får inte överklagas om överklagandet avser sådana villkor för undantag från skatteplikt som prövats av en behörig myndighet i ett annat EU-land. Lag (2024:942).
