I detta kapitel finns bestämmelser om en särskild ordning för deklaration och betalning av mervärdesskatt vid import. Bestämmelserna avser
- tillämpningsområde (2 §),
- betalning och redovisning till Tullverket (3 §),
- dokumentationsskyldighet (4 och 5 §§), och
- omräkning av belopp till svenska kronor (6 §).
