Om Skatteverket begär det, ska den beskattningsbara personen eller dennes representant göra det underlag som avses i 76 § tillgängligt på elektronisk väg.
Underlaget ska bevaras i tio år efter utgången av det år då den transaktion som underlaget avser utfördes.
