Om en särskild mervärdesskattedeklaration har lämnats och skatt enligt denna lag har redovisats i deklarationen, anses Skatteverket ha fattat ett beslut om skatten i enlighet med deklarationen. Detsamma gäller i fråga om en deklaration som har lämnats till en myndighet i ett annat EU-land i enlighet med bestämmelserna i det landet.
