Mervärdesskattelag (2023:200) (SFS 2023:200)

En beskattningsbar person eller en representant som omfattas av ett identifieringsbeslut ska för varje redovisningsperiod lämna en särskild mervärdesskattedeklaration på elektronisk väg.
Deklaration ska lämnas även om den beskattningsbara personen eller representanten inte har någon mervärdesskatt att redovisa för perioden.
