Om Skatteverket fattar ett identifieringsbeslut för importordningen enligt 15 §, ska den beskattningsbara personen ges ett särskilt identifieringsnummer för tillämpning av importordningen.
En representant ska ges ett särskilt identifieringsnummer och ett separat identifieringsnummer för varje beskattningsbar person som representanten företräder.
Ett särskilt identifieringsnummer får bara användas för tillämpningen av importordningen.
