En beskattningsbar person som är skyldig att betala mervärdesskatt i Sverige enligt 16 kap. för leverans av varor och tillhandahållande av tjänster och som omfattas av ett identifieringsbeslut i ett annat EU-land, ska redovisa och betala skatten enligt bestämmelserna i det landet.
