En säljare som är en beskattningsbar person har rätt att välja frivillig beskattning av en leverans av investeringsguld som annars skulle ha undantagits från skatteplikt enligt 5 §, om
1. den beskattningsbara personen framställer investeringsguld eller omvandlar guld till investeringsguld, och
2. investeringsguldet levereras till en annan beskattningsbar person.
