Med faktura avses dokument eller meddelande i pappersform eller i elektronisk form som uppfyller villkoren för fakturor i 17 kap. eller, om faktureringsreglerna i ett annat EU-land gäller enligt artikel 219a i mervärdesskattedirektivet, som uppfyller villkoren för fakturor i det landet.
