Om skatt enligt denna lag hänför sig till en verksamhet för vilken skattskyldighet inte gäller enligt inkomstskattelagen (1999:1229), avses med beskattningsår
1. kalenderåret, eller
2. räkenskapsåret, om detta är brutet och överensstämmer med vad som anges i 3 kap. bokföringslagen (1999:1078).
