Med anläggning för tillfällig lagring, fri omsättning, frizon, icke-unionsvara, temporärt exporterade varor, tullager, tullskuld, unionsvara och tullförfarandena extern transitering, intern unionstransitering, passiv förädling och tillfällig införsel avses detsamma som i unionstullkodexen.
