Vid prövning av frågor om identifiering, återkallelse eller villkor för undantag från skatteplikt tillämpas bestämmelserna i skatteförfarandelagen (2011:1244) om
1. uppgifter som har lämnats för någon annans räkning i 4 kap.,
2. Skatteverkets utredningsskyldighet och kommunikationsskyldighet i 40 kap. 1-3 §§,
3. begäran om omprövning som lämnas till domstol i 66 kap. 18 §, och
4. besluts verkställbarhet i 68 kap. 1 §. Lag (2024:942).
