Ett identifieringsbeslut ska fattas inom 35 arbetsdagar från att förhandsanmälan eller uppdateringen av förhandsanmälan togs emot.
Beslutet får dock fattas senare om den behöriga myndigheten i ett annat EU-land begär ytterligare tid för att utföra nödvändiga kontroller i syfte att undvika skatteundandragande eller skatteflykt. Lag (2024:942).
