Skatteverket ska efter förhandsanmälan från en beskattningsbar person fatta ett beslut om ett individuellt nummer (identifieringsnummer) för tillämpning av undantaget från skatteplikt i ett annat EU-land (identifieringsbeslut). Lag (2024:942).
